Snow, sleet and rain yesterday, temps in the lows teens and a wind chill feeling like -3, put the cabosh on todays ride. Tomorrow, with the temperature reaching into the 40's should be a good commuting day.
The sloppy rides are the worst. I would rather ride below zero than in sloppy rain/snow just above freezing. Enjoy the 40 degree temps, it could be quite a while until we see them again here in Mpls.

ReplyDeleteI rode in a snow fall the other day and it was nice. I enjoyed passing the cars stopped in the jams. It was dry snow though and very pleasant.
ReplyDeleteIt froze like cement today into nasty ruts that make riding worth skipping until it clears up a little.
